A leading business based in Yorkshire going through a transformation.

Description

  • Working closely with the HRBP in order to create,evaluate and implement colleague engagement activities in line with the business HR strategy.
  • Working with the SLT act as a coach and source of support to colleagues and line managers for all aspects of employee engagement.
  • Co-ordinates and supports employee engagement events across the business.
  • Develop resources and communication across the business for employee engagement events and initiatives.
  • Review colleague engagement levels and employee survey outcomes ensuring action plans are in place working with key stakeholders.
  • Help create a framework for the employee engagement survey
  • Support the HRBP with the delivery and implementation of the local people plan.
  • Design, support and deliver meetings/events/ and sessions around employee engagement both face to face and virtually.

Profile

  • Is passionate about employee engagement
  • Employee Engagement has played a significant part in historic HR roles
  • Has the ability to give examples of delivering an employee engagement strategy across the business
  • Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
  • Can design, deliver face to face and virtual events, sessions and meetings
  • Has the ability to build credibility

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £42,000k per annum
