Responsible for the set up of the L&D function including the full training cycle

A growing SME business.

Description

  • Reporting into the Head of HR you will be:
  • Responsible for setting up the L&D function
  • Design and deliver sales, soft skills, coaching training in a sales environment
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand the ongoing training needs from induction
  • Design a training framework
  • Track and follow up on all training ensuring return on investment
  • The full training cycle - identify, design and deliver
  • Work closely with the Head of HR in order to deliver on training needs in line with HR strategy and business objectives

Profile

  • Have previously worked in a stand alone L&D role in an SME size business
  • Have delivered/written sales training
  • Has had full responsibility for the L&D function
  • Is hands on and can deliver the full training cycle
  • Has passion and energy in order to gain credibility

Job Offer

  • Salary £40,000 - £45,000k per annum
  • Bonus
  • 5 days per week on site initially with a view to flexible working once established in role
