A great opportunity due to business growth for a hands on 360 Internal Recruiter
Responsible for all aspects of recruitment from authorisation to on boarding

A well established, growing business based in Leeds.
Description
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for:
- All recruitment in your business area ranging from blue to white collar roles.
- Working in a 360 recruitment role from authorisation, recruitment campaigns, stakeholder management, advertising, CV sifting, interviewing, offer and on boarding, invoicing.
- Direct recruitment approach using various methods including talent pipe lining, Linked In, Job Boards, Company Brand and website with a view to using agencies being a last resort.
- Using spreadsheets to track candidates. An ATS is on the horizon in the future.
Profile
- Have previously worked in an Internal Recruitment role in an SME business/standalone roles with responsibility for full 360 recruitment piece.
- Have previously recruited both blue and white collar roles
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management with the ability to influence
- Hands on approach to work and can get stuck in with tasks at all levels
