HR Business Partner - Not for Profit Organization

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a fantastic Not-For-Profit organisation based in London. The role will be working on a 3-6 month interim basis and operating via a hybrid working pattern.

  • Providing advice and guidance to Operations Managers on HR related topics including ER case management
  • Conducting investigations in consultation with management
  • Partnering with the HR team to develop and implement communications plans
  • Manage and deploy small to medium scale HR projects and change initiatives
  • Partner with managers on performance management and talent development
  • Maintain site policy and services and manage policy change roll-out
  • Support rollout of HR initiatives including People Strategy
  • Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Ideally experience within a NfP organisation
  • Planning, organisational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - develop solid relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Desire to develop the role as you will be given the ownership you need to make an impact.
