You will be working for a Global Design and Creative firm based in London.

Description

As HR Coordinator for this Global design and Creative firm based in London, you will assist the Human Resources Team in delivering an effective and efficient HR service, and continually look to improve processes and quality of support.

You will provide advice and guidance to project leaders, line managers and employees on all aspects of people policies, practices and processes.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Employee Lifecycle
  • Employee Relations
  • Resourcing
  • Reward
  • L&D
  • HR Administration

Profile

The successful HR Coordinator will posses the following skills and attributes:

  • Good awareness of Employment Law
  • Knowledge of People HR an advantage
  • Knowledge of recruitment software such as applicant tracking systems is desirable
  • Knowledge in a similar role within a fast-paced HR team essential
  • Communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express information in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think fast, innovatively and propose solutions
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
