We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Reporting & Analytics Manager to join a global organisation who are transforming the way they collect, interpret and produce insight to the wider organisation. This role will be leading a team of analyst on a strategical level but will require some hands on experience current data and analytics reporting techniques and platforms, such as Power BI, Azure Synapse, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Business Objects etc, experience in all of these, not essential however, the more the merrier!

Key skills that will be helpful to succeed in this role will be:

Strong data visualisation, data analysis and presentation skills.

Data manipulation skills, transform, and analyse multiple large data sets, including ability to extract data, to gain insights.

Communication skills with ability to translate complex insights or issues to non-technical customers, and senior stakeholder.

This role will work across various business functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement. So data from multiple sources to be expected and ad hoc requests likely.
