Ashley Kate are working with our established client in Leamington Spa who are looking for some additional support for their HR/Recruitment team during a busy period. They are looking for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to join them on a six month contract role to work alongside their busy HR and Recruitment team, providing exceptional support.

The role is full time, hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and the client offers a great place to work!
The responsibilities for the Administrator include;
·Developing and managing the induction process
·Responsible for supporting the HR team
·Answering calls and general queries from colleagues.
·General HR duties - administration, coordinating and supporting senior members of staff
·Work with recruitment agencies if required, to fill business needs, managing the relationship with third parties, budgets, and contracts
·Assist hiring managers with screening of resumes where needed.
·Coordinate and set up interviews between hiring managers and candidates
·Administering job offer documentation
·Adhoc project support within the HR team
·Must demonstrate a positive, 'can-do' attitude
The role of the HR/Recruitment Administrator offers a salary of £25,000
