Global Payroll Associate £50k to £55k + Bonus & Benefits - City of London

Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for a Global Payroll Associate to join a well-respected and established Asset Management firm located in the city of London.

This role will be working as part of the global payroll team and help to over see a population of 1100 employees across UK, EMEA and APAC.

This role is also offering a hybrid working pattern

The role:

  • Collating and submitting payroll input to send onto outsourced providers.
  • Administration of payroll across UK, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
  • Responsible for maintaining Payroll systems & journals ensuring accuracy.
  • Administration of consultants invoicing.
  • Act as main point of contact for employee payroll queries.
  • Assist with year- end audit process.
  • Administration and co-ordination of year end statutory requirements, Tax filings.
  • Work closely with global Finance & HR teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong exposure to processing global payrolls.
  • Experience within a Financial/ professional services environment.
  • Strong Payroll vendor management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong excel knowledge
  • Team Player
  • Strong communicator
