Interim HR Business Partner - remote working with Travel

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are looking for an experience HR business partner to join them on an interim basis but to undertake a regional remit.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, qualified and well regarded HR team, working in a dynamic, values led national charity, leading a regional HR team. 
Working closely with the Executive Director as the HR Business Partner for the region, you will manage a team of Regional HR Advisors and a Regional HR Assistant across a geographical area, be responsible for the development of the region in terms of HR priorities and be part of a national HR service delivering strategic HR projects.
You will have significant HR experience with an emphasis on employee relations. Operating in a dynamic environment, the post-holder will be able to model a considered, solution-focussed approach and have the communication skills to influence Directors and managers to achieve both regional and organisational objectives in line with the values of the business
You will be looking after sites across the Midlands, Yorkshire and the South West amongst others so you must be comfortable with travelling although all sites are in easy access of train links and public transport.  You will be experienced across all areas of Employee Relations issues to quite a complex level and you could also be involved in TUPE projects.  

You can work remotely however you must be comfortable travelling to the above locations.

HR Business Partner - About you

• Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
• You will need to be comfortable with leading a team of HR professionals and also travelling across a large region
• TUPE experience would be advantageous
• Excellent UK Employment knowledge and experience is essential.
• Happy to start immediately on a short term FTC
