Talent Acquisition Partner - Birmingham - Interim

*Please note this is a fixed term contract position initially so you will need to be on a short notice period*

Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the delivery of recruitment globally for your business line. This is a hands on role and a great opportunity to be part of a growing business.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • To drive the full cycle recruitment through the delivery of an effective, efficient and innovative recruitment service.
  • Creation of recruiting plans, job descriptions and advertisements and conduct regular update meetings with hiring managers.
  • Build networks to develop talent communities and pools of passive candidates particularly including the use of social media.
  • Produce reports to assess job board effectiveness, agency performance, time-to-hire, etc.
  • Participate in talent attraction projects
  • Support and collaborate with the wider recruiting and HR team in relation to early careers and business services hiring.

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing environment recruitment experience working across multiple sites & multiple departments.
  • Direct Sourcing Experience.
  • Proven experience to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Organised and analytical with strong business judgement and an accomplished negotiator.
