A Financial Services (Energy Trading) Company based in the City of London seeks a Graduate Programme Manager to be responsible for the operational management of a cluster of programmes. Critical to the role is your ability to be cognisant of the firm's strategic priorities, and work cross-functionally to develop sophisticated and highly specialised graduate programmes.

Description

A Graduate Programme Manager to:

  • Liaise with department heads to determine hiring needs across all pipelines
  • Manage the development, iteration, and revision of programme specifications, ensuring that cohort experience is consistent and first-rate across all programmes
  • Oversee all graduate recruitment processes and strive to continuously improve, optimise, and streamline candidate experience
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality modules/courses, ensuring that content is reasonably staggered to optimise cohort performance
  • Provide clear communication to senior management regarding cohort progress, roadblocks, updates, and future proposals
  • Build and develop strong relationships with leading universities (and other relevant bodies) to help source exceptional talent for the firm
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas that require strengthening and mitigating against any resulting shortfalls
  • Actively consolidate and maintain cohort feedback to acquire data on programme delivery
  • Provide information for communications and business development materials when required

Profile

A Graduate Programme Manager with previous experience managing a varied portfolio of projects and implementing the processes and procedures necessary for efficient operations. You will be a strategic thinker - able to deliver operationally with strong decision-making skills and the motivation to handle multiple projects at any one time.

Requirements:

  • Able to see the bigger picture and drive for transformation
  • Supremely organised with excellent project management and planning skills
  • Able to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Knowledge of how to effectively address complaints and setbacks in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a start-up/scale-up company, preferably within the tech and/or financial services industry
