Job Details
A new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join an Academy group based at Croydon. This will be to start asap, onsite full time, on a temporary basis initially.

A fast-paced and reputable Academy group based in Croydon.
Description
The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:
* Administering the recruitment process; posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, booking rooms
* Coordinating pre-employment checks; DBS, references, right to work
* First point of contact for all HR queries
* Supporting the team with day to day HR operations
* SCR work.
Profile
The successful HR Administrator must have:
* Experience in a HR administrative role
* Working towards CIPD is desirable
* Availability to start immediately
* Ability to be onsite 5 days per week.
