Our global professional services client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner with significant experience of supporting their client group on a global/international basis.

Working in an agile capacity with travel to their Manchester office 1-3 days per week depending on organisational requirements, you will work closely with your senior stakeholders to develop and deliver the divisional people plan in collaboration with international HR Colleagues, the Divisional CEO and Senior Leaders. You will drive organisational and individual performance and manage complex, transformational change in partnership with Senior Leaders, managers and employees.

Specific projects include:
*Lead and support the delivery of annual people processes for the division e.g. performance review process, business planning and budgeting and salary review.
*Devise, agree and deliver a global operational HR plan in collaboration with HR Colleagues, specifically in India and the US that aligns to the Group HR strategy.
*Be the HR lead on large scale transformation projects ensuring that subject matter experts are consulted and aligned to the projects as and when appropriate.
*Lead on any restructure, redundancy and/or TUPE activities for the division, co-ordinating the support of the HR Specialist team where necessary.
*Drive a focus on employee engagement activities across the division, identifying local and global key areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience of supporting a high volume headcount both in the UK and internationally and have the expertise to challenge and influence senior leaders and managers across the division to develop and demonstrate effective leadership and management behaviours. Extensive generalist HR experience particularly within a strategic HRBP role is essential, as is extensive experience of leading and delivering on redundancy/TUPE processes and activities and prior experience of 'offshoring' of roles and activities.

In return, the client is offering a salary of £55,000 + benefits with agile working and an expectation of working between 1 and 3 days per week in their Manchester office.
