A highly successful and growing Financial Services business have an exciting newly created role for a Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Lead.
The business boast 400 staff, are rapidly growing and made over £90m in profit last year. They are highly tech focused and are also PE backed so have clear vision and direction.
This is the first time the business has had a Talent or D&I role and therefore a total blank canvas which will provide an amazing opportunity for an experienced Talent and D&I professional to really own their own job and put their stamp on both strategy and delivery of this strategy.
Candidates will need to be passionate about D&I, experienced and in Talent Management, happy to work top to bottom (strategy/hands on), dynamic in being able to communicate at all levels, engaging to get the business and its employees to buy into your Talent / D&I vision and experienced to bring ideas and success to the role.
