The Employee Experience Lead will be the driving force across all employee initiatives, working closely with leaders to deliver on values and performance projects as part of a wider people and customer strategy. You will be an expert in Employee Relations with a real creative flair as to how to evolve the employee experience and make the organisation an employer of choice.

Client Details

The organisation employee between 75,000-85,000 employees in the UK and have a brand synonymous with quality. This role could be based anywhere in the UK and could be aligned to either Operations or a Head Office population but regular travel to key hubs in London and Manchester will be required. They are at the start of some really exciting change, this role will have the autonomy and agility to input into how they shape employee experience in the future.

Description

The Employee Experience Lead will:

  • Input to the development and lead aspects of the implementation of the employee relations & experience strategy at a company wide level
  • Work in partnership with HR teams and Center of Excellence, including Inclusion & Diversity, Learning & Development, Reward, Legal etc. to translate the ER & Experience plan into tangible deliverables
  • Develop toolkits and strategies which develop and drive line manager capability
  • Responding to government consultation and interpreting changes to employment legislation to translate into policy
  • To provide expert advice on key business change programme, partnering to ensure effective end to end management of change through upskilling
  • Lead on multiple data led projects to drive innovation and improvements to employee experience and engagement
  • Be passionate about Diversity & Inclusion
  • Be collaborative and inspire change

Profile

To be successful in the Employee Experience Lead:

  • In depth knowledge and experience of working in a complex, fast paced ER function
  • Proven track record of managing end to end business change activity from business case to completion
  • Excellent understanding of employment legislation and current trends, with experience of managing complex ER cases/issues
  • Ability to interpret ER trends and make recommendations for change and growth
  • A proactive approach to the employee life cycle with vision and creativity applied to your recommendations
  • Demonstrable breadth of thinking and action that goes beyond policy and legislation, translating plans into action to further improve colleague experience
  • Strong MI and analytical skills to interpret data and insight,
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship and partner management skills with the ability to influence effectively
