The successful Resourcer will be responsible for successfully attracting and engaging new candidates including Specialist Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to facilitate the specialist care packages. This will involve maximising all resourcing avenues to successfully attract candidates in the agreed time frames.

Description

The successful Resourcer will be responsible for:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates by utilising different job boards, social media and targeted headhunting
  • Liaising with candidates throughout the resourcing journey, possessing a confident, warm, customer focused telephone manner when dealing with candidates at all times
  • Effectively managing the pipeline of candidates, and liaising with candidates from application stage through to interview
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing department to deliver on campaigns and promotions. Ensuring job adverts are relevant, engaging and up to date

Profile

The successful Resourcer will have:

Experience of working in a recruitment/resourcing environment and providing administrative support to a team Experience of working in the healthcare sector is essential Self-motivated and driven personality with the ability to work without supervisionEnthusiastic and committed to the business objectives of the companyAbility to work in a busy environment

Job Offer
