Our client is a financial services firm and this role would be working across a broad range of stakeholders whereby you would provide advice, work on projects and advise on global processes such as the talent management and the compensation cycle.
In this role, you will be partnering with the business and business partners, to implement the HR agenda. You will work on projects across diversity, retention, total performance and year end compensation.
You will be responsible for:
- Executive change initiatives in new organisational models
- Employee relations cases including management of investigations, facilitating conversations with the management population
- Project work - across talent and compensation
