Senior Reward Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global logistics business who have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join their reward team in Dubai.

As the Senior Reward Manager, you will be reporting into the VP for Reward and your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting with the design, development and implementation of the group reward strategy
* Working closely with regional reward leads to develop job architecture for each region
* Managing salary review and benefit plans for the head office population whilst also supporting regions
* Supporting with M&A activity and working on any harmonisation required across the reward space
* Overseeing global mobility and supporting with aspects such as salary structure, relocation and tax

We are looking for a highly experienced reward professional who has worked on a global basis and is comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.

The role is based out of Dubai - relocation support will be provided.
