HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner - Stevenage - £43-48k plus fantastic benefits

Our client is a commercial, well known brand that is looking for a HR Business Partner (HR Advisor wanting to progress) to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for:-

- Coach influence and advice the relevant business areas in all matters relating to people management
- Work closely with the business area acting as the key contact for complex people issues
- Contribute to new HR policy and process requirements as required.
- Become an established member of the management team to identify development opportunities
- Organise and prioritise own workload ensuring all deadlines are met

It is essential that you have the following:-

- Ideally CIPD or studying
- Ability to build constructive working relationships
- Excellent practical knowledge and understanding of Employment Law
- Strong consultancy problem solving, coaching and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills
