This leading professional services company is looking to recruit and Audit specialist recruiter on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and joining fast paced, talented recruitment team, this role will manage the 360 delivery of Audit based hires at all levels of seniority, across several London offices.

You will ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager journey, whilst striving to significantly reduce cost and time to hire. This will be achieved by creating a network of audit contacts, candidates and graduates via; headhunting, market mapping, advertising, managing agency relationships, attending Audit related events, and using social media.

Successful applicants MUST have Audit recruitment experience, gained from working in-house, in an RPO environment or an agency recruiter looking to make their first move in-house, coupled with strong resourcing and stakeholder / client engagement skills.

This role offers an excellent package, scope to progress and full flexible working, so you can be based anywhere in the South of England, as long as you are comfortable travelling into London once or twice a month.
