Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist to work as an integral part of the wider HR team and global stakeholders.

Client Details

Business Services SME with multiple sites.

Description

Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist to work as an integral part of the wider HR team and global stakeholders.

Looking at legacy benefits across the Business and global Flexible Benefits across the business as well as key and additional projects and the implications of a new system roll-out.

Building relationships with key stakeholders to build an understanding of their requirements as well as analysing data.

Profile

To be considered for this role you will have sound Compensation & Benefits experience, in particular within flexible benefits.

Some international experience is also key as well as excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work creatively and autonomously.

Ideally you will have some experience within an SME business.

The ability to travel to the Midlands twice/month.

Job Offer

Up to £80,000 per annum
