Two new and exciting opportunities for Assistant HRBPs to join a reputable Government organisation located in Central London. They will both be offered as FTCs until the end of December 2022 initially.

Description
The successful Assistant HRBPs will be responsible for:
* Advising on organisational change initiatives and contributing to change projects
* HR project work; job evaluation grading schemes, recruitment & talent planning, redeployment processes
* Providing advice on employee relations cases
* Coaching and identifying learning & development needs.
Profile
The successful Assistant HRBPs must have:
* Strong knowledge and application of employment law
* Experience advising on employee relations cases
* Experience working on large scale change programmes
* Experience drafting roles and evaluating job descriptions.
