Client Details
The client is a large public sector organsiation
Description
As Interim Reward Manager you will be responsible for;
- Provide operational Reward advice to the organisation
- Undertake project activity and contribute to the development, review and implementation of Reward policies
- Manage and review promotion of all Reward initiatives
- Deliver end to end review of annual pay process
- Draft Reward papers
- Oversee benefits platform
- Work closely with wider People team
- Manage a team of 2
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Able to influence and challenge at a senior level
- Proven track record in Reward role or in an HR role with Reward/Project experience
- Experience managing HAY job evaluation
- Management experience
