Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global firm who have an opportunity for a HRIS Manager to join the team.
Reporting into the Human Resources Director you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Managing the HCM and ensuring it regularly updated and is running efficiently
* Acting as the super user for the system and ensuring you are available to deal with any issues or queries
* Ensuring data integrity and that all data is inputted into the HCM
* Regularly testing the system, supporting staff members and providing recommendations for change and innovation
* Leading on any HRIS related projects
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst who is wanting to take the step up into a HRIS Manager role. Ideally you will have worked on SAP and you must have strong Excel skills.
