Permanent HR Manager, Luton-Hybrid role, £48,000-£55,000

A great opportunity for a Permanent HR Manager, within a global, forward thinking organisation, who provide sustainability and efficiency in the work that they do and are keen to develop their workforce.


Your new role
As a permanent HR Manager, you will report into the European HR BP and site Lead and will be responsible for leading on HR strategy for the Luton site as well as supporting with hands on operational HR duties.

Responsibilities will include:
Building talent capability and utilising data to identify, assess and address critical talent needs.
Building organisational capability by attracting and retaining talent including partnering with local Universities and Colleges.
Promote continuous improvement using Lean management tools and problem solving techniques.
Deploy and develop HR policies, practices and programs to manage talent, drive culture, and align the organisation at the Luton site.
Be an active change agent, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures providing direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Manager, who has been leading on both HR strategy and hands-on operational HR duties, ideally within a blue collar environment. You will ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent. You must have experience of managing a small HR team. You will ideally be able to start with no more than 1 Months notice.
