In house Recruiter required to cover UK & EMEA, 14 month contract with a view to permanent, Manchester city centre, salary up to £50K+ benefits.

My client is a leading professional services organization with an international remit, they are experiencing huge growth due to acquisitions and need a hands on and highly successful Recruiter to join their busy recruitment team. This role sits within a team of 14 and reports into the Recruitment Manager.

As the Recruiter you will be responsible for executing full cycle recruitment and regional sourcing strategies that strengthen organisational capabilities to ensure business leaders have the talent to successfully achieve business objectives across the EMEA region. The recruitment team recruits for position in the UK, Czech Republic, France, Germany and Dubai and roles range from Technology, Financial, Sales and Research.
You will work together with hiring managers within the organisation and with other recruiting team members to provide full lifecycle best practice recruitment. You will execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent for the business/region, utilising active and passive sourcing techniques to fill existing and future job openings.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working as an inhouse recruiter ideally within a professional services organisation or technology. You will have the ability to directly source top talent using various methods and have initiative and experience of how to go to market for hard to fill roles. Your experience of working within a high volume and fast paced recruitment role will be of real interest for my client. You will demonstrate your ability to build effective relationships with your hiring managers as well as resolving complex recruitment challenges and issues. You will be a pro active team player who is use to working in fast paced roles where you need to prioritise, multi task and work to tight deadlines.
