Job Details
A leading international law firm are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their team. With a focus on Business Services, this role will have management responsibility and is a pivotal position within the global Talent Acquisition team. You will take a lead role in talent acquisition across all experienced business services professionals and responsibilities include:
- Acting as a true subject matter expert in talent acquisition to the business
- Upskilling the team and taking a lead in ensuring hiring decisions are aligned to values and culture
- Making sure candidate experience is at the forefront of every process, managing full recruitment life cycle
- Acting as brand ambassador for the firm, driving consistency and quality
- Taking a lead on recruiting to positively impact diversity and inclusion
- Driving an internationally consistent approach and actively inputting into the international talent acquisition strategy
As Recruitment Manager, you will possess:
- Solid, demonstrable experience as a senior talent acquisition specialist within business services
- Experience as an effective and experienced people leader/manager
- Confidence in driving development through training and coaching
- In-depth understanding of talent acquisition best practice
- Strong experience in leading on c-suite level hires and working with senior stakeholders
