Fully autonomous role responsible for the recruitment of niche Technical and Engineering roles across Europe and the UK.

Description

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe and ensure the delivery of recruiting services for a variety of business units.

You will source and qualify candidates against complex technical positions.

You will act as the primary contact for candidates in managing their experience through the recruiting process.

You will also guide communication between hiring managers and other functions within the company to coordinate interviews, conduct compensation negotiations, and coordinate on-boarding activities.

You will be responsible for working with business leaders to collaborate on requisition qualification and determining search strategies.

Profile

Proven experience of recruiting niche technical and engineering roles (eg Geospacial Technicians, Solution Architects, Programme Managers, Analogue Layout Engineers)

360 recruitment experience including sourcing, requisition management, candidate management, and on-boarding.

Experience of working closely with managers and stakeholder managing relationships, expectations, and coordinating recruiting decisions

The ability and desire to work in a highly autonomous and demanding role
