Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness Manager for a leading Financial Services organisation going through exciting periods of change and transformation.
As the Leadership and Org. Effectiveness Manager, you will be responsible for leading key people practices in alignment with the transformation programme. The successful applicant will focus on employee experience, leadership development and cultural change whilst working strategically across HR and the wider business.
Your duties:

  • Shape and deliver a leadership development strategy and interventions that support business leaders to be at their best.
  • Design and develop organisational models and performance management strategies.
  • Drive culture change whilst building organisational capability.
  • Develop and use existing surveys to form insights, measure progress and maintain an integrated view on company culture and performance.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with leaders across the business and the HR function.
  • Provide day to day management to a team of 4.
  • Provide in-depth specialist knowledge and advice to senior management and HR colleagues.


Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering high profile development programmes.
  • Proven experience across a range of organisational development disciplines.
  • Experience driving employee experience and culture change.
  • Ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Analytical acumen, data driven and a proven capability to align solutions to business requirements.
  • Growth mindset through commitment to Learning and Development.
