Job Details
Page Personnel are partnering with an exciting logistics distribution and supply chain business, based in Prescot, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing customer focused HR solutions and advice across the business.

Description
The HR Advisor will:
- Supporting the company to reach global business objectives
- Developing and implementing company policies and procedures
- Developing and delivering learning and development tools
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and reward and wellbeing
- Working in partnership with line managers and employees to provide professional HR advice
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- Fluent Spanish speaker (essential)
- CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable)
- Proven track record of working within a busy HR team
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to use your initiative and work well under pressure
- Team player
