Page Personnel are excited to be partnering with a leading logistics distribution and supply chain business, based in Prescot, who are looking for a HR Systems Specialist to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for supporting the HRIS implementation, and all aspects of system administration.

Description

The HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for:

  • HRIS system administration
  • System implementations (HRIS, L&D, Payroll)
  • Assisting with the payroll process
  • Recruitment including advertisement, background checks, issuing contracts, and inductions
  • Resolving employee relations issues
  • Setting up and running training courses

Profile

The successful HR Systems Specialist will have:

  • A proven track record of HRIS system administration and project management
  • Experience of working in a generalist HR role
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
  • Team Player
  • Exceptional IT skills, with an ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Keen eye for detail
