Exciting new permanent opportunity to join my client within the retail sector as a senior HR Advisor. They are offering a hybrid way of working with 3 days in the office an 2 days working from home. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress into a Business Partner role.
Your new role
In your new job as Senior HR Advisor you will provide a high-quality customer service and support to all levels of the business, utilising your HR Knowledge, understanding of legislation and personal initiative. This role will be reporting directly into the Senior HR Business Partner and support the retail side of the business across the UK which supports approximately 400 stores. You will take ownership of key initiatives and projects, working cooperatively with the HR Team to ensure projects are delivered and queries followed through to completion with a focus on finding commercial outcomes to employee relations scenarios and continually upskilling managers to proactively create high performing teams. To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in an HR Advisory role, coaching and advising mangers on a variety of ER matters and been responsible of managing other team members.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress into a Business Partner role.
