A highly reputable, established Bank with a great reputation is looking for an interim L&D Specialist. You will be responsible for implementing and rolling out a new training programme for their CRM platform. Working across 12 locations you will be supporting the successful delivery of this project including creating supporting materials and providing a quality service both face to face and via WebEx. This is a fabulous opportunity to utilise your skills and to really make an impact in upskillng the workforce!

Accountabilities

  • Working with subject matter experts to ensure training design and delivery meets the needs of the business
  • Design and deliver training both face to face and via WebEx
  • Collaborating with the Learning Business Partner to create effective learning solutions for the systems required
  • Creating materials to support the training during and post delivery
  • Continuously adapting the learning activity to improve the learner experience
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques

Skills and experience

  • You must have experience of designing and delivering technology training content
  • You will have experience in developing and delivering training for bespoke systems and providing support materials and training guides
  • Ideally have gained the above experience within financial services or a large commercial company
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to deliver content in an engaging way
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, able to multi-task and prioritise and work well to deadlines
  • Demonstrate you are proactive, positive and results orientated with a focus on innovative approaches
  • Demonstrate you are up to date with current trends and innovations
