A leading FMCG Brand in North Kent are looking to hire an HR Manager on a 12 month FTC basis, starting ASAP. This is an amazing opportunity for a senior HR generalist to join the team and lead a successful HR function.
Description
- Be responsible for the HR function in the UK
- As an expert on labour relations you will ensure a smooth relationship with employees and representatives and legal UK institutions
- Manage the Payroll Process
- Review and adapt HR policies in line with the companies policies
- In collaboration with the HR international team, participate in recruitment activities
- Ownership of on boarding processes
- Support and provide assistance and guidance to employees in relation to day to day HR topics and HR policies updates and existing benefits

- Solid knowledge of employee legislation and its application
