Working within the fast paced HR function of a top tier bank, originally based in the City of London but now a mix of office and home. The HR Advisor is responsible for providing a full generalist HR service with a particular focus on Data & Analytics and Change & Transformation.
Our client are one of the oldest and most prestigious banks who have adapted extremely well to the new way of hybrid working and pride themselves on their flexibility.
The HR Advisor will cover all area's of HR but will also specialise in Data & Analytics, Recruitment & Change and Transformation.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about analysing data and creating reports whilst still enjoy covering all aspects of HR and in particular working in projects.
Financial services industry experience is desirable.
