An opportunity has arisen for an aspiring L&D professional to join a leading financial services organisation on a permanent basis. Senior Learning and Development Partner. East Midlands


  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Act as a 'Partner' to the business to advise on learning interventions and to ensure collaboration and effective working relationships are built.
  • Help shape the Talent & Succession Strategy to continually add value to our business and colleagues.
  • Drive a Learning culture through ongoing role modelling and provision of sources to help colleagues be accountable for their own learning.
  • Develop and deliver Leadership and Management development to drive and support our focus on leadership capability.
  • Management of a leadership development Partner and Talent Coaches.


  • Experience in creating and delivering structured training courses and material, particularly leadership & management development.
  • Experience of providing training solutions in a wide variety of delivery methods including virtual and face to face learning to a range of organisational levels.
  • Track record of managing and developing a team of learning specialists.
  • Experience of working with an LMS.
  • Delivering a Talent & Succession plan within an organisation.
