You will be responsible for the development, implementation and communication of colleague benefits and wellbeing services throughout the UK firm. This role is within the UK Benefits team and part of the broader Reward team. Birmingham. Benefits Manager.

An opportunity has arisen for a Benefits Manager to join a leading financial services organisation on a Permanent basis. Birmingham. Benefits Manager.

Description

  • Development, implementation and delivery of a range of core, flexible, and voluntary benefits
  • Managing the account relationship with external benefits and wellbeing suppliers
  • Responsibility for the running of our flexible benefit programme and delivery of annual renewal activities
  • Developing proposals for changes to our benefits approach in support of our business strategy
  • Working with our communications team to design and deliver engaging firm-wide communications
  • Birmingham. Benefits Manager.

Profile

  • Experience within employee benefits and running flexible benefit programmes with knowledge of the UK tax and legal environment for employee benefits and a wider appreciation of the UK reward landscape and market practice is essential
  • Proven experience of managing third party providers and working with procurement teams to tender and broker existing and new services
  • An ability to manage budgets and a commercial approach to assessing and developing proposals for change
