Job Details

You will be supporting the senior HR team in the delivery of the HR strategy through implementing key people related initiatives within the different client groups.

Client Details

International professional services firm. HR Business partner based in the West Midlands.


  • Supporting the business in driving and managing change effectively, using change management tools and processes to ensure that teams continue to operate effectively.
  • Coaching partners and managers on people issues, business decisions and direction.
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements, through HR data analysis, to enable fact based decision making.
  • Championing the learning agenda within teams and ensuring participation in the relevant programmes for individuals depending on their performance and potential.
  • HR Business partner based in the West Midlands.


  • Ideally from a professional or financial services background but not essential.
  • Fully CIPD qualified.
  • Experienced in working in a large and complex international organisation.
  • Good understanding and practical experience of complex ER and L&D delivery.
  • Confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • HR Business partner based in the West Midlands.
