Description

The position of French Speaking Recruiter will involve:

- Managing the full recruitment process for commercial roles

- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders

- Creating an exceptional candidate experience

- Building talent pipelines

- Supporting line managers with the interview process

- Speaking with and interviewing French applicants

Profile

The ideal candidate for the position of French Speaking Recruiter will:

- Be an experienced Recruiter

- Speak fluent French

- Think creatively to provide different recruitment solutions

- Create processes and procedures for the recruitment function

- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional service, both internally and externally

- Thrive in an evolving environment

Job Offer

£40,000 - £45,000 + Substantial Bonus + Package + Hybrid working
