We are happy to be working on behalf of our client, to recruit for a Workday Functional Analyst role specialising in HCM. In this role you will be the SME in all things Workday HCM, from a functional perspective. This is a brilliant opportunity who are making the most and optimising the Workday system for the UK region within this global organisation. They have also just signed up to another 3 years with Workday, so this is a good chance for the successful candidate to embed themselves in the Workday team and make real impact across the business.

 

We are looking for:

An energetic individual with a hands on "can do" attitude with a passion for HR Systems and in particular Workday.

This individual will be the go to in regard to all things HCM from a functional perspective.

You will work alonside other Workday module specialist to keep the system running and performing to its full potential

 

Key duties:

SME in Workday HCM, On-boarding and Core Comp, responsible for the change, maintenance requests and upgrades across these areas.

Responsible for assessing all change impacts in relation to these areas and following the governance model in place to reduce risk and identify improvement.

Data management; uploading and correcting data through EIB.

Desired - experience with core HR processes, interaction between HR and payroll/other external systems such as recruiting and time recording.
