Page Personnel are partnering with a fast growing travel and tourism business, based in Chester, who are looking for a People and Culture Administrator for a maternity cover contract. Reporting into the people manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the HR team.

Description

The People and Culture Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support across the HR team
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Employee onboarding
  • Planning and coordinating staff events
  • Actively participating in meetings
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful People and Culture Administrator will have:

  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role within a busy HR team
  • Strong IT skills, with experience of HRIS software
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
