Interim HR Operations Manager 60k pro rata - Immediate start - London Hybrid

Role
As Interim HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for all HR data including providing data for audit requests, data reporting, manipulation and presentation. You will also manage all HR processes across the hire to retire lifecycle including managing process mapping and process improvement work where necessary. You will manage and maintain the HR database as well as support the new implementation of a new HRIS and being responsible for data integrity.
The successful candidate
You will have a background in HR Operations gained in a commercial, customer facing business where you will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing HR Operations, process and reporting, It is essential that you are quick to influence and push back on stakeholders and that you can start a new role immediately. This role will require 2 days per week in the London office.
