Badenoch + Clark has been engaged on a new HR Business Partner opportunity in Sussex on a 12 month contract basis. You will work closely with the organisation's managers and senior leaders in order to implement HR strategy that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation. This role will be the lead UK role and will work in conjunction with the Group HR manager and the HRBP team to streamline HR processes and create consistency and fairness in People approaches.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Take the lead in managing all UK employee relation workload.
*Consult and work in conjunction with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
*Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
*Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
*Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
*Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
*Manage UK benefits and actively work with the HR manager and Assistant HRBP to review UK Healthcare, pensions and all other staffing benefits.
*Positively communicate HR Strategies outlined by the Group HR Manager and Executive Committee.
*Provide mentoring, training and development of employees whilst fostering an open, team spirited, business culture.

The successful candidate will have/be:
*Experience in UK employee relations at HRBP level.
*Experience of change management and coaching management to a high level of management.
*Level 7 CIPD qualified ideally.
*Able to work autonomously to a high level without heavy supervision.
*Experience in restructuring, TUPE, Mergers and Acquisitions (desirable).
*Be a strong communicator and a people innovator.
