We are partnered with an industry renowned fashion brand on a Senior Reward Consultant opportunity for at least six months. This is a business heading into an exciting yet challenging period of transformation.

The Senior Reward Consultant will look to create and implement an effective reward strategy whilst providing support for the reward professionals already in place. You will be someone with a history of coaching and up-skilling colleagues, sharing knowledge of best practice and being able to work effectively in a changing environment.
The role holder will support and in some cases independently drive the delivery of change initiatives and BAU reward processes which may include:
* Job evaluation
* Delivery of annual compensation timetables
* Creation of annual gender pay gap report
* Creation and implementation of new bonus and LTIP schemes

We are looking for a candidate who can deliver by utilising their deep expertise in reward and recognition best practice ideally including a good knowledge of the retail (and fashion brand) industry. The candidate will be highly effective in partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues in both of these areas and will:

This role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months with some travel between two office locations (London/Dorset) and could also be offered as a day rate.
