Exciting opportunity to join a well established organisation as an Internal Recruitment Attraction Officer. This is a permanent opportunity with great career progression and offering hybrid working structure.

Client Details

Our client is a forward thinking Engineering organisation based in Watford. They are looking for Internal Recruitment Attraction Officer to join their diverse team.


Successful Internal Recruitment Attraction Officer:

  • Supporting student recruitment team through outreach and attraction activities
  • Deliver attraction activities by attending office, school, college and on-campus events
  • Assist with planning campus activity and arranging how the Student Recruitment team will deliver
  • Implement an internal communication strategy to inform the internal audience about recruitment outreach activity
  • Establishing and developing best in class content
  • Working with Brand & Attraction team to ensure digital attraction activity is aligned to outreach activity
  • Produce and implement campus, school and college marketing plans targeting universities, school and college
  • Liaise with event volunteers to deliver full briefings prior to each event
  • Collating national report on outreach activity to inform future activity and provide business MI


Internal Recruitment Attraction Officer:

  • Ideally has worked through at least two cycles of Student Recruitment Experience
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the student recruitment marketplace
  • Drive and commitment
  • Confident and engaging presenter
  • Good IT skills including Excel, Power Point, databases and Internet research
  • Able to build and maintain relationship with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management
  • Attention to details
  • Forward thinking and proactive approach
