Managing an L&D team of 6 and the function

A Professional Services business in Leeds

Client Details

A well established/growing Professional Services business in Leeds with approx 250 heads.


Reporting into the Director you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 6 Trainers including line management, development, managing training plans to ensure all training is delivered across the business.
  • Writing and delivering on the L&D strategy
  • Responsibility for all training material ensuring it is reviewed in terms of material and methods of delivering training.
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Delivering the full training cycle.


  • Have previously worked in an L&D role
  • Have previously managed a team.
  • Have the ability to write and execute an L&D plan and strategy
  • Can work in a fast paced, changing regulated environment.
  • Have ideally worked in Professional Services/Regulated sector

Job Offer

  • Salary £40,000 - £45,000k per annum
  • WFH/Office based role Leeds
