Part Time Payroll Administrator £58,000 - £59.000 FTE - City of London
Oakleaf Partnership have been instructed to recruit a Part time Payroll Administrator on behalf of a leading professional services firm located in the city.
You will be working 21 hours per week across 3 days of your choice.
This role is also offering a hybrid working pattern
The role:
- Input data for all new hires, terminations, leave of absence, overtime, salary changes and benefits deductions.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll provider on a day-to-day basis.
- Upload GL files into the accounting system.
- Complete monthly payroll reporting.
- Upload monthly reports onto payroll system.
- Answer staff payroll queries.
- Assist with the filing of statutory tax and pension information such as P11D, PSA & short-term business visitors.
- Perform Gender pay gap calculations.
Requirements:
- Strong UK payroll experience
- Strong excel experience
- ADP system knowledge is a bonus
- Be able to deal with senior individuals in the business.
- Happy to work part time
