The position of Senior HR Business Partner will involve:
- Partnering with a variety of commercial functions including finance, tech, legal, supply chain
- Building strong internal relationships in order to drive staff engagement and capability
- Being strategic yet hands on
- Creating and implementing the people plan
- Being a key member of the leadership team
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Senior HR Business Partner will:
- Be a highly experienced Snr HRBP from a retail / consumer / customer facing environment
- Have worked in a mixture of SME & corporate organisations
- Thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
- Have strong generalist experience
- Be adept at building relationships
