Remote Customer Services Coordinator / Brighton / Customer Services

Client Details

A well known East Sussex employer is seeking a Remote Customer Services Coordinator on an hourly rate temp basis.


As Remote Customer Services Coordinator you will be responsible for managing a high level of customer queries both inbound and outbound. You will provide first line support to their clients requesting the desired information or passing the query to another team member to handle.


  • Confident on the telephone
  • Strong communication skills
  • Used computerised systems
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work from home but possibly 1 day a week in the East Sussex based office in the future
