Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales

Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading multinational Telecommunications business, supporting their European function. The business has recently gone through some very positive transformation, and they are now looking to grow their HR team further. We are looking to speak with talented Recruiters who are looking for that next step.


This position is open to both inhouse recruiters and highly motivated recruiters looking to move away from an agency environment. Specifically, I am looking to speak with individuals who are very knowledgeable in the Telco industry, with a track record of hiring across all Sales channels (Enterprise, Wholesale and Presales).

Key Requirements:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for Sales hires across the business.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and local HR teams to take ownership of identifying and engaging with potential employees.
  • Drive and take part in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines to facilitate and support business growth.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Deliver a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Report on functional performance utilising key metrics, SLAs and KPIs

This role is to be based in London and is paying a competitive salary plus bonus.
